What We Collect
When you use our calculators
Nothing. The numbers you enter into our calculators are processed entirely in your browser. We don't send them to our servers, we don't store them, and we don't track them. When you leave the page, the numbers are gone.
When you get a soft estimate
If you choose to complete our estimate tool, we store the financial details you provide (property income, loan details, DSCR calculations) along with the results we calculated for you. If you optionally provide contact information, we store that too — but only if you explicitly choose to share it.
Automatically collected information
Like most websites, we may collect basic analytics data: pages visited, browser type, and general location (country/region level). We use this to understand which tools are most helpful so we can improve them.
How We Use Your Data
